Puerto Rican Cooking Class
Learn how to cook like a local with a Puerto Rican cooking class hosted by one of our talented local chefs. The class will focus on Puerto Rican basics, including some of the following: working with plantains and viandas, mofongo, Puerto Rican fritters, 'asado' techniques, how to prepare churrasco, traditional sauces (sofritos) and fish preparation and more. The class will be both demonstration and hands-on, to give students a chance to experiment. The chef can host your group for private cooking classes at home in your villa and will design the lesson and meal around your personal tastes. Vegan and vegetarian options available.

Please note that all online bookings are not fully confirmed until you
receive a confirmation e-mail and phone call from a Rincon Vacations
representative. Some tours require minimum persons in order to operate,
in which case your tour is not confirmed until these minimums are met.
Dates of tour will be confirmed by phone call from Rincon Vacations and
after booking is fully confirmed you will receive a detailed email
including directions to the location of your tour. All online bookings
are subject to 7% IVU tax and 5% booking fee.

Cancellation Policy
100% payment required upon booking of activity. If activity is cancelled outside of 7 days, activity is 100% refundable minus 5% booking fee. If activity is cancelled within 7 days it is 100% non-refundable. If activity is cancelled due to weather conditions or other outstanding circumstances and cannot be rescheduled, 100% refund will be given. Weather cancellations are determined strictly by the activity supplier.

It really depends on the child and the conditions – usually around 7 is the youngest, but they will do as young as 5 if the child is really comfortable in the water and the conditions are really favorable for easy surfing. Let us know and we’ll get you booked!
