If you really want to experience all that Puerto Rico has to offer, we encourage tearing yourself away from the beach for a day and visiting Batey del Cemi for an eco-adventure tour. Batey del Cemi is the name of an area of tropical forest located in the heart of Northwest-Central Puerto Rico, near the Caguana Indian Ceremonial Park.  Your tour will start after you are fitted with all of your equipment and given all of the safety instructions.  Then you will start off on the zipline course going on 6 different ziplines and doing some moderate hiking between each zipline.  Then you will rappel down a 70 foot cliff that will put you right next to the Tanama River.  Depending on the season and conditions, you will either get into boats and float through an underground river or you will start hiking toward a cave that takes you into a mountain.  This tour will last about 4.5 hours and can take groups of 4 to 12 people. This tour will definitely be the highlight of your Puerto Rican Vacation.

Important Notes: Transportation available upon request. Please give yourself at least 1.5 hours driving time if coming from Rincon.  Rain jacket, sturdy hiking shoes, sport clothing required.  Bathing suit, sandals, snacks, water and additional change of clothing recommended.  This tour treats you to a little of everything in one half-day trip. You'll zip across six different ziplines (three over the Tanama River), enjoy moderate hiking on interpretive paths between each zipline.  Then after you finish the zipline course get your adrenaline pumping as you rappel down a 70-foot cliff.  Then you will get to explore one of two amazing caves, one will be an underground river that you will get to float through on boats (weather and conditions permitting).  And the other option is hiking through a cave that takes you under a mountain and out the other side.

Cancellation Policy

100% payment required upon booking of activity. If activity is cancelled outside of 7 days, activity is 100% refundable minus 5% booking fee. If activity is cancelled within 7 days it is 100% non-refundable. If activity is cancelled due to weather conditions or other outstanding cirucumstances and cannot be rescheduled, 100% refund will be given. Weather cancellations are determined strictly by the activity supplier.
