For your "Trip to Origin" coffee tour, you'll travel to the lush inland mountains of West-central Puerto Rico, near the town of Adjuntas. You'll explore the grounds of a local, boutique grower who is focused on sustainability and quality. Learn how beans are grown, harvested, roasted, and finally - enjoyed! Explore the dense fields and see the beans at every stage of production. You'll also gain valuable information on how eco-processing conserves water and energy, how to store and maintain coffee for quality and freshness and why the hills of Adjuntas provide an ideal setting for coffee. End your tour with a cup of Puerto Rico's finest as you watch the sun set over the Western slope.
