Learn how to cook like a local with a Puerto Rican cooking class hosted by "Organic Surfer Chef" Pedro J. Rivera. Chef Peddro is a Puerto Rican local with international experience in the kitchen and on the waves. He creates unique and savory dishes using organic produce and local fish, meat and poultry. Chef Pedro emphasizes the importance of shopping locally and using the freshest ingredients possible. He combines his Puerto Rican heritage with a heavy Hawiian influence to create healthy, conscious and tasty meals. Pedro can host your group for private cooking classes at home in your villa and will design the lesson and meal around your personal tastes. Vegan and vegetarian options available.
