Tour Option 1: Batey Classic Eco-Tour & Zipline
This eco-adventure tour in Puerto Rico treats you to a little of everything in one half-day trip near Rincon PR. You’ll zip six different ziplines (three of them hanging at 300 feet over the rushing Tanamá River), enjoy 45 minutes of moderate hiking on interpretive paths and rappel down a 70-foot cliff. You’ll then hop in a freshwater raft and go through a cave (home to native bats and sparrows) and explore a fresh water spring (caving and rafting is weather dependent). Your knowledgeable guides will keep you safe and sound while still making sure that you get the adventure of a lifetime. You’ll truly experience a one-of-a-kind Puerto Rico adventure on this trip!

Tour Option 2: Batey Adrenaline Zipline Tour
If you want a good dose of adrenaline, this Puerto Rico eco-tour option is the choice for you. Breeze by on eight different ziplines – three over the Tanamá River, over 300 feet in the air! This adventure tour treats you over 3,200 feet of pure cable. In between zips you’ll enjoy beautiful hiking in the pristine Batey del Cemi wilderness area. This zipline trip is located in Utuado, about an hour and a half drive from Rincon.

Hello – How far is the zipline tour from isabella? We will be visiting a friend 1/5-9 and would like to do this. Its my brother, sister, and i.Do you have to be physically fit to do it or can anyone do this?
Hi kimberlee – this tour is about an hour and 15 minute drive from Isabela. It is not overly strenuous, although I would suggest being relatively fit. Hi I am planning on staying in Rincon in March and am interested in both the eco tour and the bioluminescent experience, would doing both in one day be too much? Also what is the easiest way to get there from Rincon if we don’t have a vehicle?
Hi Braidie – we can help you out on both. I would not suggest doing both the eco-tour and bio-bay in one day if you have another opeion. We have had people try and it just ends up being too much driving. It is possible, but if you have two days, it’s best to split them up. We can arrange transportation if needed – the price is daily for a shuttle van. Justin is emailing you this info now and can make your booking for you. I am looking to book a 2pm tour for 5 on Wednesday 4/25. Before I booked I was wondering if one or two people didn’t want to do the ziplining would they still be able to do the rest of the tour. I am only asking because we were hoping to spelunk so I am not sure how everybody feels about ziplining. Please let me know at your earliest convenience, by email. If people want to skip certain parts of the tour, that is fine. Most people choose to skip the rappelling (if anything). Justin should be in contact via email or feel free to call us anytime, I know you’ll have a great time!

we have 2 adults and 2 kids in our party — the kids are 9 and 5.5 years old. The younger is probably too young for ziplining. Can she still take a tour with us and do the water rafting and the cave? (we are thinking option 2).

Hi Kinga – I know Justin spoke to you about this, but for anyone else with the same question: younger children are able to go on the tour, but skip the ziplining, however the hiking can be long, depending on what cave you go to. For a child that can be in a pack this is usually not a problem, but for a smaller one that can’t be carried, it might be hard. It really depends on the personality and fitness of both the child and the adults in the party. Thanks and I hope you have fun!
Are these activities seasonal? I won’t be in Puerto Rico until December and really want to zip line, I was unable to do it last time and I cannot wait to try it.
