The chef and owners of the Lazy Parrot Restaurant have a commitment to creating a unique menu that is focused on locally sourced, seasonally fresh ingredients. They go above and beyond to make sure that the food at the LPR is not only consistently tasty, but also from healthy and sustainable sources. Greens come from a local organic farm, the fish is caught fresh by local fisherman and much of the meat comes from nearby free-range farmers.
