hi – I am staying at Ann Wigmore institute Jan 29-Feb 4. I understand that we have a daily break from about 12-4. Any chance for a mountain bike tour during that time period? Thanks DB

Also, We don’t start until about 3 on Jan 29 (although I arrive at 1 am that morning, so would not want to start much before 11 am). Thanks

have you ridden in the trails above El Faro (the lighthouse) in Rincon? There are quite a few there and lots of downhill.
