Sarah holds a culinary degree from the School of Hotel and Culinary Arts at the University of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. She has a passion for creating beautiful events with creativity and a true attention to detail. Sarah has a strong foundation in traditional Latin cuisine which she owes to her mother – a chef who created delicious meals at many restaurants in Southwest Puerto Rico. She creates fresh and savory meals with a foundation in Caribbean and Puerto Rican fare. Sarah can also coordinate catering and food services for events of any size throughout Rincon PR and the surrounding areas.

Chef Oscar Estrada

Chef Oscar is an up and coming star on the culinary circuit in Puerto Rico.  He has served as a chef at some of the best restaurants on the Western side of the island and he catered perhaps Rincon’s most famous wedding to-date: Shania Twain.  For the Shania Twain wedding, Oscar created a tasty spread of international vegetarian and vegan dishes for the star and her family.  Oscar’s strengths are in presentation, creativity and flavor.  He has an uncanny ability to create fine Caribbean and Puerto Rican dishes that are refined and fresh.  Oscar holds an Associted Degree Culinary Art from Florida Culinary Institute.

Chef Osvaldo Martinez

Chef Osvaldo was born and raised in Puerto Rico and holds a culinary degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York City.  Osvaldo has a passion for teaching the culinary arts and for sharing his knowledge of Puerto Rican cuisine.  The creations by Chef Osvaldo are centered around innovative and unique Puerto Rican dishes, with a strong foundation in the classics.
