This Caribbean property was built in 2006 and consists of a three-bedroom Main Villa with two lock-off options and a separate Guesthouse, available for rental in conjunction with the Main Villa. The Main Villa is a total of 3,600 square feet and offers a Ground Level with two large bedrooms and one bathroom as well as a 900 square foot upstairs Master Suite with kitchenette, office and lounge area. Park within the secure gated walls and enter the Main Villa after passing by a babbling fountain/children’s wading pool and the heated private pool. The pool area is surrounded by manicured lawns and tropical flora and has a swim-up bar, BBQ grill, outdoor shower and outdoor changing rooms. The Main Villa is a total of 3,600 square feet and offers a Ground Level with two large bedrooms and one bathroom as well as a 900 square foot upstairs Master Suite with kitchenette, office and lounge area.

Guests immediately notice the beautiful travertine flooring, granite countertops, upgraded appliances and high quality fixtures throughout the home. The Main Villa includes a large living area with wraparound couch, 42″ flat screen television with premium satellite TV, THX surround sound stereo system, cordless phones and wireless internet. Panoramic windows and eight foot tall sliding glass doors face the ocean and open to a Coralina stone deck and the private pool allowing the warm ocean breeze and Caribbean sunshine to enter the property from every angle.

Use the gourmet kitchen to prepare fresh local meals and take advantage of the 48″ Jenn-Air 8 burner double oven and a stainless 36″ Jenn-Air double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and wine cooler. The countertops are made of yellow and blue swirled granite and there is a breakfast/wine bar that will accommodate 6 guests on tall stools.

While there is plenty of surfing next door on the “Puntas” beaches – the surfing beaches near the El Faro Lighthouse are some of the most dramatic waves in the world. Located on the ‘corner’ of Rincon where the Atlantic meets the Caribbean – the winter currents create waves off Domes Beach, Indicator, Maria’s Beach and Steps Beach that will take your breath away from October to March. In the winter, take in the action from Lighthouse Park or head over to Steps Beach – a favorite for snorkelers when the waves die down.

Tres Palmas is a world-class surf break in Ensenada, Rincon
microwave and wine cooler. The countertops are made of yellow and blue swirled granite and there is a breakfast/wine bar that will accommodate 6 guests on tall stools.

There are 10 foot ceilings throughout the Main Villa and custom lighting with dimmers. All living areas have ceiling fans and air-conditioning and the upper balconies also have outdoor ceiling fans keep you cool on those tropical nights. The two Ground Level bedrooms are located off the hallway on the main floor. The Ground Level master bedroom has a large king bed with upgraded bedding, a private entrance to the bathroom, custom made mahogany cabinets and dresser with a 20″ flat screen TV. It also includes ceiling fan and air-conditioning. The Ground Level guest bedroom has two double beds, custom mahogany closets and eight foot slider doors that open out to the pool deck.

The entire second floor of the Main Villa is dedicated to the Master Suite and is approximately 900 square feet with magnificent views of the ocean and Desecheo Island. There a covered wraparound balcony and 8 foot sliding glass doors which can be opened and folded to give an entirely open-air feel. The Main Suite has 16 foot ceilings and a king bed that looks up to a 42″ Plasma flat screen with additional sitting consisting of a leather love seat and coffee table facing the kitchenette. There is a kitchenette with wet bar, ice maker, refrigerator, 32″flat screen television and six barstools. The entire upstairs is wired for surround sound and the sound systems can be played inside or outside and can be heard throughout the entire grounds, pool, and beach areas.

Within the Master Suite there is also a small lounge nook with 15″ flat screen TV, loveseat couch, sofa chair and large comfy pillows. There is also a small office area which can be closed off from the Main Suite and accommodates a desk and one full-size futon. The Master Suite has a massive master bathroom which is entered through a custom Brazilian hardwood and bamboo blown glass louver door. You’ll find travertine tiles on the floor and wall mural done by local artist “Tiki Rob”. There is a two-person Jacuzzi Tub and Swedish shower spa with dual seats, jets, mister/steamer, foot massage, and radio. There is a walk-in closet that has custom built-in mahogany wood dressers and shelves with a Brazilian hardwood entry door.

Separate from the Main Villa is the detached Guest House which includes a master bedroom with king bed and full kitchen. The Guest House is located above the 3-car garage towards the back of the property, and can be accessed from either the kitchen or bedroom, with stairways located at either end. The kitchen in the guest Villa has a breakfast bar made of yellow swirled granite and has chairs to seat four. The cabinets are custom made mahogany and the appliances are all stainless steel. There is a 32″ Flat screen TV with DVD, CD, surround-sound system and a full-size futon. The living room opens up through eight foot slider doors onto a large ocean-facing balcony overlooking the pool area.

There is private beach access from the entire Villa Playa Maria’s compound through a 20-foot iron rod gate, opening to a wide stretch of beach and the Maria’s, Dogman’s and Pistons surf breaks.
