Rincon is perhaps best known as a surfer's haven, after being discovered by the world following the 1968 World Surfing Championships. Rincon offers a variety of breaks with different waves suited for any learning curve or style. Catch an easy longboard wave at Maria's or rip it on your shortboard at Dome's. Surfing season in Rincon lasts from Dec - April, but you can occasionally catch some small swells in the summer or fall.

The Surf Summer Camp is for kid's ages 11 - 17 and is offered in the summer months (June - September) to accommodate school breaks. It's a great way to introduce young surfers to Puerto Rico in a safe, fun environment.
