Whether you're a Yoga newbie or a yogi in the making, the attention of a private yoga instructor can help improve your skills and increase the depth of your postures.
Our private yoga instructors specialize in both Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, but classes can be tailored to your needs, requests and previous experience.
Instructors can meet at your accommodations anywhere in Rincon, or host the class on or near the beach.
Choose from a 1 hour or 1.5 hour class.

Cost: (1 - 2 students) 1 hour - $60.00, 1.5 hours - $80.00

A group yoga class is a great way to get a taste for the wellness lifestyle in Rincon. The class features between a modified primary version of Hatha Yoga and Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. Instructors pace the class to the level of the students that attend and provide beginner and advanced modifications so that any level student can enjoy the experience.

This all-inclusive Surf and Wellness Retreat is one of the best ways to fully experience the island lifestyle and unwind from the tension of everyday life. You'll enjoy five mornings of surf instruction and six nights accommodations in a luxury villa. Breakfast and lunch is included, as are three healthy, gourmet dinners. In the afternoon, relax by the pool, at the beach or explore the town of Rincon. Pilates is known for it's benefits of core strengthening, spinal alignment and strength building. There's no better time to focus on the overall well-being of your body than when you're vacationing in Rincon.
The attention of a private Pilates instructor can help pinpoint areas of strength and weakness in your practice and provide guidance on how to make the most of each of your Pilates sessions. They will tailor the class to your experience and skill level to provide the most beneficial experience for each individual student. This is a mat Pilates class, no Reformer or Tower practice is included.
